Jim Trent, broker with Advanced Realty and Auction, LLC was raised in the
Arkansas Valley of southeastern Colorado. Jim graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture and a
Master's degree in Administration. He is also a graduate of Dr. Stan
Parsons' Ranching for Profit School. Jim taught Farm and Ranch Management
at the college level for 14 years before entering the real estate business.
He has been involved in real estate, both as a land owner and broker for many
years, and has a lifetime of involvement with agriculture. Jim welcomes

Buster Brown,
associate broker with Advanced Realty and Auction, LLC has been a
resident of Cimarron County, Oklahoma all his life. Buster holds a
Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness with double minors in Accounting and
Economics from Oklahoma Panhandle State University. He has 35 years experience
in farming, cattle, oil and gas leasing, and Oklahoma water rights, and is
thoroughly familiar with the land, people, and agricultural businesses of the
five-states area. Buster's background with land and agriculture will
enable him to provide the help you need in purchasing or selling your
